Another State Champion!

Congratulations to Hughesville Little League in Maryland for winning their Majors state all-star championship. While they didn’t eventually make it to their ultimate goal of the Little League World Series in Williamsport, they can ge extremely proud of their season. We hope all of the CoachDeck drills they’ve been doing paid off!

CoachDeck represented in the Northwest Region

Three CoachDeck clients won their state Little League championships in the Northwest Region. Special congrats to Bend North who also won the Regional Championship and will be putting on the Northwest Region uniforms in Little League Shangri-La in Williamsport, PA. Good luck boys from Bend!

Two more CoachDeck clients are state champs

Lot’s of leagues that have bought decks from us in the past are thriving in the national Little League all-star tournament. Eight regional tournaments are about to get underway in the U.S. and state champions are heading to tournament sites with the dream of making it to Williamsport for the Little League World Series. Two more clients of our have punched their ticket to the Regional: Coon Rapids Little League in Minnesota and Kearny Little League from Nebraska won their state tourney’s. Good luck at the next level!

Congratulations to Hughesville, MD Little League!

Another of our clients is having a fantastic Little League All-Star season! Hughesville Little League has won the Maryland State Championship and will vie for the Mid-Atlantic Region Championship and a chance to go to Williamsport and play in the Little League World Series. Good luck to Hughesville!

It’s that time of year

We love the Little League all-stars and its the time of year that District Champs are crowned and teams are moving into state tournaments. In the ultra-competitive Southern California tournament, teams face an incredibly long road to even have the chance to be champs of half the state. One of the sections we watch closely is California Section 10 where two of our clients, Ocean View Little League and Ladera Ranch Little League squared off for the section championship. Ocean View, for those who don’t know, are celebrating the five year anniversary of winning the entire Little League World Series, and is a perennial powerhouse. Ladera Ranch has never advanced beyond the section tournament. Ladera Ranch won 3-0, behind a one-hitter tossed by Ben Bartlett. We’re recommending you remember both the league name and the pitcher’s name. Could be in for a long, fun ride.

Oceanview Little League survives and advances

CoachDeck client Oceanview Little League is a baseball powerhouse. Usually a favorite to win their district, the league came through again this year and was playing in the section tournament on the fifth anniversary of their 2011 Little League World Series championship. Read about their dramatic, come-from-behind victory in yesterday’s elimination game against another traditional winner, Aliso Viejo Little Little League. Our eyes will be on the winner of this section to potentially make a deep run in the stacked Southern California tournament.
