What will we do now?

The NCAA Tournament, our self-proclaimed best three weeks in sports, is over. Yes, the MLB is here and that’s great, but what’s the next BIG thing?. Well, beginning tomorrow the biggest golf tournament of the year begins and then a week from today one our favorite month-long sporting events, the NHL playoffs drop the puck! It’s always a great time to be a sports fan!

Hockey playoffs!

If you don’t follow the NHL during the regular season, this is our pitch to encourage you to tune in for the post-season. There is arguably no sport more exciting to watch, especially during the playoffs. The enthusiasm of the crowds is unmatched in any other sport, as is the effort of the players. Even if you don’t have a favorite team, give it a chance this year. You’ll have a favorite sport if you do.

NHL playoffs are the greatest!

We’re remiss in our duties not mentioning what an outstanding time of year this is, with NHL playoffs in full swing. You’re not a hockey fan, you say? Give it a chance. Watch tonight’s pivitol Game 2 between the Penguins and Lightning and see if you don’t get hooked. And here is an essay written by our friends at Sports Product Review that will convince you that there is nothing like the NHL playoffs for excitement!

It all comes down to this

If you haven’t been watching the NHL playoffs, you have one last shot at redemption…or maybe seven. The Kings and Rangers square off for a best of seven beginning with Game One tonight at 8:00 PM Eastern Time. The official NHL trailer will get you ready.
